William B. Davis Biography
Bill Davis is the current Treasurer for the Tampa Bay ASIS Chapter 30. He currently works as a Team Member for TECO Energy's Corporate Security. Bill recently retired as a Colonel
with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office after serving for 32 years. During his tenure
at the sheriff's office he worked his way up the ranks from Patrol Deputy to Homicide
Detective, Vice and Narcotics Detective, Internal Affairs Sergeant, Homicide Sergeant,
Training Sergeant, Patrol Lieutenant, Patrol Captain, Major of the Human Resources Department,
Patrol Major, and then retiring as a Colonel.
Bill grew up in Eastern Hillsborough County graduating from Plant City High School in 1971.
He holds an Associates of Arts Degree in Police Science from Hillsborough Community
College and a Bachelors and Master's Degree in Education from the University of South
Florida.
Bill is also a graduate of the Southern Police Institute Administrative Officers Course in Louisville,
Kentucky and the Senior Management Institute for Police in Boston, MA. He is currently
studying for his CPP (Certified Protection Professional) exam and plans to take it during
the next couple of months.
Bill has been very active in community and civic organizations. He is the Immediate Past
President of the Plant City Rotary Club. He serves as a Board Member on the Florida West
Coast Credit Union Board of Directors. He is the Former Chairman of the Plant City Boys
and Girls Club Board of Directors. He has served as the Team Development Chair for the
American Cancer Society Relay for Life. He also serves as a member on the; Plant City
Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Tampa Alumni Association, Hillsborough Community
College Alumni Association , and FALI (Florida Association of Licensed Investigators).
Bill is married to Kathy Davis and they live in Plant City. They have four children and nine
grandchildren.
Anthony Mangieri Biography 
Anthony Mangieri's current territory covers the Southeast United States and the Caribbean. Anthony's current
role includes security system design and project management, resolution of work place violence issues
and comprehensive investigations covering physical security issues.
In 1998 Anthony achieved his Bachelors or Arts degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida.
From there he became a Juvenile Probation Officer with the State of Florida. After working with the
Department of Juvenile Justice, Anthony made the move to private security as an investigator for Intermedia
Communications in 2000. After Intermedia Communications was sold to WorldCom. Anthony transitioned
to JPMorgan Chase in 2001 as a project manager.
Anthony Mangieri served as the Foundation Chairperson since 2004 and Treasurer from 2008 to 2010 for the
Florida West Coast Chapter of ASIS.
Bob O'Shell Biography 
Bob O'Shell completed college with a BS degree in Earth & Space management followed by a degreein Business Administration back when the only computer course was Intro to Computer Programming
101. Bob served in the US Army as a Counter Intelligence Agent in Military Intelligence, followed by
a few years as a Counter Intelligence Agent in another government agency.
His introduction to the outside world began as Corporate Director of Security for TJ Maxx Corporation
starting with the opening of their first two stores and expanding quickly to over 300 stores. He then
moved on to the same position at Hannaford Brothers, (known locally as Sweet bay) a national Grocery
and Drug store retailer based in Portland Maine. He then shifted gears and worked as either a Regional
or National Account Sales manger for RCA-Burle, Phillips, Honeywell, General Electric, and
Dedicated Micros, in their security equipment manufacturing divisions. This was all when security
companies were buying and selling each other at a very rapid pace.
Bob's ASIS experience has included serving as Chapter Chairman for the State of New Hampshire, the
State of Maine Chapter, and currently the Tampa Bay Chapter. He earned the CPP designation in 1981, when you waited for months to hear if you passed the test. Over the years, he has also spoken or assisted
at many national ASIS programs and spoken to many professional organizations and associations
throughout the country on topics involving security or security equipment applications.
Al Perotti, Jr. Biography 
Al Perotti, Jr., CPP, CHS-V, a life-long native of Tampa, retired in 2002 as a Major, after a 31 year career with the Hillsborough
County Sheriff's Office. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Criminal Justice from the University of South Florida. He is a
graduate of the 129th Session of the FBI National Academy, as
well as, the Southern Police Institute Advanced Administrative
Officer's Course at the University of Louisville, KY.
He is currently the Director for Corporate Security and Emergency
Management for TECO Energy, Incorporated. In this
role, Al is responsible for managing security programs and procedures
and serves as the security consultant to all companies
under TECO Energy. He has attained the coveted CPP
(Certified Protection Professional) certification from ASIS International,
as well as obtained a Level Five certification in Homeland
Security from the American College of Forensic Examiners
Institute. He continues to represent TECO as their chief liaison
to law enforcement agencies.
A board member for several organizations involved with public
and private security, Al also has created courses in leadership
and character development that have been incorporated into
various workshops and seminars.
Al is our Certification and Seminar Chair as well as the Chapter
Vice Chair.
Kenneth Stewart Biography
Kenneth Stewart was born in Addis Abebe, Ethiopia while his father was stationed there with the
U. S. Army. He was then raised in Liberia, West Africa after his parents became missionaries
there and his parents still serve there as missionaries. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Theology from Christian Life College in Stockton, CA. Kenneth has been married for over 19
years and is the proud father of three daughters with his oldest daughter graduating from High
School this year and his twins getting ready to enter High School. Kenneth is also the Pastor of
Tabernacle of Hope in Downtown Tampa.
Kenneth's love affair with security and especially CCTV began while he was a college student in
1987 when he became a Loss Prevention Specialist at Montgomery Ward's. In his 23 year career
in security Kenneth has owned his own business for 10 years and worked at ADT Security
Services for 10 years with 4 years in Management. He has won many National Awards and Certifications.
Kenneth is currently the President of Integrated Security Consultants (ISC) based in Tampa that
serves the entire State of Florida and select customers nationally. ISC specializes in electronic
security integration such as CCTV, IP Video, Access Control, Biometrics and Burglar/Fire
Alarms. ISC provided Intelligent IP Video solutions for the last two Super Bowls for NFL Security
and has performed many installations for state agencies. ISC provided a biometric solution for
the Bartow Police Department and has installed systems of over 200 cameras. ISC prides itself
for responsive, personal customer service that has provided the fuel for its growth.
Marcy Wilson Biography
Marcy Wilson currently serves as the Secretary and Webmaster for the Tampa Bay ASIS Chapter 30.
Marcy is the President and CEO of Security Lock Systems – a Commercial Security Integration and Locksmith Company in the Tampa Bay Area. The company designs, installs, supports and monitors IP video surveillance systems, access control systems with related locking hardware, intercoms, gate systems, and intrusion alarm systems.
Marcy Wilson has a multi-disciplinary background including Information Technology, Quality Management, IT Consulting, Network Engineering, Project Management, and eventually Integrated Security Systems.
As a Business School graduate of Florida International University with a major in Management Information Systems, her first career began in the Information Technology industry and progressed from Systems Developer to Systems Designer for Racal Milgo Electronics in Miami FL.
Marcy then accepted a position as a Senior Consultant in the Management Consulting Services division of Price Waterhouse supporting both local and Fortune 500 Companies.
After relocating to Tampa, FL in 1989, she worked with GTE Data Services (GTEDS) as a Certified Quality Analyst (CQA) to help her division earn their ISO9001 designation and to develop a quality metrics program for software development.
After 9 years with GTE Data Services, she decided to branch out with Intermedia Communications in 1998 as a Program Manager for New Product Development . Marcy managed a team of project managers and was promoted to a Director position in their Network Engineering Department.
On September 7, 2001, Marcy purchased Security Lock Systems, at that time a 25 year old Security Integration and Locksmith Company. Blessed with a team of talented professionals, she dedicated herself to becoming educated on the business of being an entrepreneur, the security needs of institutions and corporations, and the technology solutions of the security industry. Through the dedication of seasoned employees and continued professional development, Marcy and Security Lock Systems have become expert at helping companies mitigate their security risks through the use of customized technology solutions.
