CHAIRMAN’S REPORT August 2015
Dear Members and Friends-nternational Plaza) from 11:00-1:00. Please plan to join us, as he welcome our guest Speaker, US Army Battalion Commander LTC Justin Overbaugh. LTC Overbaugh will speak to us about Military readiness and recruitment. Looking ahead we need to get ready for the Law Enforcement/Security Officer Luncheon on 5/17, at the Rusty Pelican on Rocky Point. Please plan to attend this amazing event and if possible, sponsor a table. What better way to honor the day to day heroes that keep our buildings and communities safe! There is much to do to prepare for this wonderful event. If you are interested in lending a hand, please reach out to Bill Davis, Jim Parrish, Rick Eldard or myself! Individual tickets and table reservations are now availa- ble. Also, start to think of those security, law enforcement, K9 and dispatch officers whom you wish to nomi- nate. Reservations and Nomination forms can be found on our website at www.asistampabay.org. Our Chapter is only as strong as our volunteers, so if you have ever wanted to get more involved, now is the time. Please reach out to me, if you have an interest in serving on the Board. We are still looking to fill a few positions. With each and everyone’s assistance, I am confident that 2018 is only going to get better!
