Member Spotlight Nichole Dubose, CFE 

Mrs. DuBose began her Security Manager role at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (CCBF) in September 2016. Her current focus is on the development and implementation of formal security policies and processes to ensure the safety and protection of CCBF’s assets. With CCBF having been born May 2015, the opportunity to be a part of a new and rising Coca-Cola franchise bottler has afforded her the chance to lay a foundation of numerous security policies and processes iden ed as being cri cal to CCBF’s cultural pillars of Passion, Partnership, and Performance.

Developing key foundational elements including a security incident and investigation database, a formal visitor management system, an asset recovery plan, and implementing a physical security structure, Mrs. DuBose is helping to ensure that Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seen as the best bottler in the Coca-Cola system. Being a part of a locally owned franchise, Mrs. DuBose has been able to present and execute modern ideas to broaden CCBF’s security pla orm.

Prior to her role as Security Manager, Mrs. DuBose played an integral role as CCBF’s first Internal Controls Analyst. Her knowledge and experience of Internal Controls and Loss Preven on was attained through her 16 years with Coca-Cola Refreshments. Assessing her company’s operational gaps and investigating both criminal acts and internal misconduct, Mrs. DuBose was able to use those experiences to build a stronger and more sustainable Internal Controls environment.

Mrs. DuBose earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Tampa and went on graduate from Hillsborough Community College Law Enforcement Academy prior to joining the Coca-Cola family. She then went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University. She is a Licensed Private Investigator and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
