VENDOR TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICES EXPO

• One 8’ table for each vendor to display equipment and information.
• Available electric at tables for an additional $25.00 charge.
• Participating Vendor list on website
• Appropriate company signage, 6” X 24”, at table.
• VENDOR listing and ¼ page ad in program.
• Vendors will be accorded credit on a Poster for door prize donations to the program.
• Vendor setup will be from 11:00am until noon on Feburary18th in the expo hall.
• Each sponsor will be provided door prize tickets to give to table visitors.
• Door prizes will be awarded at 4:15 pm.  Credit given to donators. Winners will be drawn from attendees who are present. Chapter will also provide door prizes.
• Opportunity to sponsor lunch and breaks
• COST PER VENDOR TABLE IS $295.00 (plus $25.00 for electric)
• Setup will be in the Expo hall from 11:00am until noon
• Lunch will be provided at noon with the attendees
• We will have a high interest presentation in the expo hall from 1-2:30pm for the attendees.
